Fields may auto-populate where available.

-
-
Save your changes.
3. Create a CSFP Record
Once the client’s record is complete, you’ll need to add their CSFP enrollment.-
If your state has the Quick Offline CSFP Record option:
-
Use this if you already have a paper application stored.
-
This allows you to move quickly through the certification steps.
-
-
If the quick option is not available:
-
Select New CSFP Record.
-
Choose Complete Offline.
-
Enter the date the client completed their paper application.
-
Select Save and Exit.
-
4. Certify the Client
-
Pantry Soft will prompt you to either:
-
Certify the client, or
-
Mark them Ineligible.
-
-
For certification:
-
Select the Certification Effective Date.
-
Click Save and Notify (if the client has already been notified of their eligibility).
-
- Once certified, the client will appear on your CSFP Dashboard and CSFP Visit Dashboard.
-
From here, you can add them to a waitlist or take adverse actions if needed.
5. Add Proxy Members (if applicable)
- Proxy members are not included in the initial upload.
-
If the client has a proxy, add them:
-
From the Client Record screen under Proxy Member, or
-
Directly from the CSFP screen.
