If you need to add a new code that hasn’t been linked yet, please follow these steps: 1\. Click on 'new item code.' Here, you can specify the item, such as bacon. If there is an associated bacon case, you can link it at this point. 2\. Enter the barcode by placing your cursor in the designated box and scanning it. 3\. Finally, click Save and Exit. This action will successfully associate the UPC code with the bacon item. The second method for associating barcodes is outlined below: When receiving inventory, navigate to the management screen. \- Start the receiving process by indicating the source (e.g., Amazon), providing purchase details, and specifying the destination (main location). \- Place your cursor in the box and scan a barcode that has not been previously linked. The system will prompt you to associate it with an item. If it is already linked, it will update the count of how many times it has been scanned in the list below. \- You can then select the item from your list to finalize the association. After associating the code, you can view the scanned items in the list.
