Client Portal Login Trouble

Q: The screen keeps asking me to reset my password.

PantrySoft has no password expiration feature at this time. 
It's likely that your browser is stuck on the wrong screen. This could happen if:
  • The wrong screen was bookmarked.
    • Ensure the URL in the browser window says something like pantrysoft.com/login/mypantry, and that you're using the login screen rather than the signup screen (see screenshots below).
  • They're using the "reset password" link from their inbox to get to your site instead of the original login URL they were given. 
    • If they had previously pressed Forgot Password, they would have gotten an email with a link that resets the password.
  • They're trying to sign up rather than log in.
  • They're browser has improperly cached the wrong page and is automatically redirecting them somewhere erroneous (especially with an unsupported browser like Safari).
  1. Go to your pantry's portal address (pantrysoft.com/login/{mypantry}) and perform a hard reload (CTL-F5 in most browsers).

  2. Ensure you ARE on the LOGIN screen:

    And NOT the SIGNUP screen:


  3. Log into the LOGIN screen above with your login credentials.
