When you initiate a search, any clients with matching criteria will show in a search list:  ![](https://support.pantrysoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-01-2023-07-49-19-5909-PM.png?width=335&height=244&name=image-png-May-01-2023-07-49-19-5909-PM.png) #### Search Parameters - **Client Account** - Search using an assigned account number, student ID, etc. - **Client Date of Birth** - Search using the month, date, and year of the client's birthdate. - **Member Names** - Search using the first and/or last names of any household member, including the Primary. - **Proxy Names** - If you allow people outside of the household to shop or pick up for clients, you are also able to search using the name of that person. - **Address Fields** - This will pull up clients if any portion of the address (street name, number, zip, etc.) match the searched criteria. - **Phone Digits** - If any portion of the phone number matches the searched digits, they will pull up in the search list. - **Email Addresses** - If any portion of the searched criteria can be found in the email address on file, the client will pull up in the search list. > ***Anonymize Kiosk Staff*** > > *You can limit all search criteria and only allow kiosk users to search by client account number. This option can be turned on for all kiosk users (Setup\> Kiosk Settings\> Anonymize Kiosk Staff), or for individual kiosk users (Setup\> Users\> Select User\> Edit Settings\> Anonymize Kiosk User).* #### Choosing Search Criteria As an admin user in PantrySoft, you can choose parameters staff and volunteers are able to use to search. However, these clients will show in your "Browse Clients" list.
