Using the CSFP Dashboard to Manage Participant Status
The CSFP Dashboard is a powerful tool designed to help you manage and understand the status of participants within your organization. This article outlines the key features and functionalities of the CSFP Dashboard in PantrySoft's CSFP module.
The CSFP dashboard is an essential tool for effective participant management. By utilizing the filters and features outlined above, you can stay organized and ensure compliance with federal CSFP regulations.
Key Features of the CSFP Dashboard
1. Review Upcoming Expirations
The dashboard provides a clear overview of all participants, allowing you to easily track their current status within the program and any required actions.
2. Manage Your Waitlist
You can manage your waitlist directly from the dashboard, making it easy to oversee and update participant status as necessary.
Use the Waitlisted filter to see who's currently on your Waiting List.
You can select one or more participants to expose available actions, allowing you to add a participant to the Temp List if they're eligible to be served temporarily (for example, if you have extra boxes in a given month) or Enroll them if you have caseload available.
3. Review Your Site's Participants at a Glance
Location Filters
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find filters related to client locations:
-
Location Group: Typically represents your food bank.
-
Location: Refers to specific sites within your organization.
-
Site/Subsite: Refers to the distribution point. May be either a site or subsite depending on your state's program structure.
Applying these filters first can enhance the responsiveness of the dashboard when using additional filters.
4. Quickly See Required Actions
PantrySoft will also highlight any participants where there's an upcoming action required on your behalf. In this screenshot, I can see that Brad Pitt has completed their application, and a notification of their eligibility is due to them by July 20th. I can click into their client record directly from the blue hyperlink on their name to learn more.
