Select the Client Begin by identifying the client on the waitlist for whom you wish to record a visit. You can select any number of clients to add them to the Templist. ### 2. Create a Templist Once you have the desired client(s) selected, follow these steps: - Click on the **Templist** option. - You will need to specify an **Effective Date** and an **End Date** for the visits. For example: - If you are planning visits for the month of March, set the **End Date** to March 31. - You can also extend this date if you wish to schedule visits over a longer period. ### 3. Save Your Templist After setting the dates, click **Save and Exit** to store the Templist. ### 4. Access the Visit Dashboard Navigate to your **Visit Dashboard** to manage and record visits: - Ensure you are in the correct location within the dashboard. - Look for the record you just created for the client. For instance, you should see the March visits listed. ### 5.
