Recommended User Roles for CSFP Implementations
How PantrySoft recommends assigning user roles for various levels of users within a CSFP implementation of PantrySoft.
State/Program Admin
High level state staff, can perform all activities and functions. Can access all locations/sites/subsites. Can manage inventory and other users.

- Inventory Setup

- Optional: Message Notification, Product Announcement

Local Agency Admin
Administers the program within a specific area, in charge of all certification and distribution sites therein, and all CSFP inventory. Cannot edit inventory setup, but can manage receipt & distribution of inventory.
- Core Role: Org User
- Location Roles: Multi-location (Not Multi Location Group, but make sure that correct Location Group is selected)
- Additional Roles:

Site/Subsite Admin
Responsible for certification and/or distribution at a site.
- Core Role: Org User (or Org Entry if they should not be able to delete anything)
- Location Roles: Single Location (make sure correct Location & Location Group are selected)
- Additional Roles:

- CSFP Visit Dashboard
- Inventory
- Report
- Optional: Product Announcement
Site/Subsite User
Limited to entering data but NOT certifying, can receive and distribute CSFP inventory.
- Core Role: Org Entry
- Location Roles: Single Location (make sure correct Location & Location Group are selected)

Read Only
- Core Role: Org Read Only
