The CSFP Visit Dashboard is an essential tool for efficiently recording visits for participants, either individually or in bulk. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively use the dashboard to record one or many visits for CSFP participants. #### Accessing the Visit Dashboard To get started, navigate to the CSFP Visit Dashboard from your main menu. #### Step-by-Step Guide to Recording Visits ### 1. Apply Filters To ensure you are accessing the correct set of participants, use the filters located at the top of the dashboard: - **Location Filter:** If your organization has multiple locations, select the specific location relevant to your visit. - **Subsite Filter:** If applicable, filter by a specific subsite to narrow down your search. - **Month Filter:** Set the filter to the current month or the month for which you want to record visits. - **Visit Status Filter:** Choose to filter for participants who have not recorded a visit for the current month and do not have any missed visits. - **CSFP Record Status:** You can filter for: - **Active Records:** Typically, you’ll want to record visits for active CSFP records. - **All Records:** In cases where you need to record visits for participants without an active record, select "All CSFP Records." ### 2. Select Participants Once you have applied the desired filters: - **Individual Selection:** Use the checkboxes on the left side of the page to select individual participant records. - **Bulk Selection:** For efficiency, you can bulk select multiple records. ### 3. Record Visits After selecting participants, you have the following options: - **Create a Visit:** If participants showed up for their scheduled visit, choose this option to record their attendance. - **Mark a Missed Visit:** If a participant missed their visit, select this option. Marking missed visits is crucial for maintaining program compliance and ensuring participants do not miss too many visits, which could lead to disqualification from the program. ### 4. Exporting Data The dashboard allows you to export visit records as a CSV or PDF. This is particularly useful for recording visits in the field when internet access is limited.
