Recording CSFP Visits From the Client Record

This article will walk you through how to record CSFP Visits from an individual client record.

1. Open the Client's Record

Start by navigating to the client’s record. You can do this by using Client Search or clicking into the client from one of the CSFP dashboards.

2. Check for a Valid CSFP Certification

Before recording a visit, make sure the client has a valid CSFP certification on file. If so, you’ll see a "New CSFP Visit" button in the Activity section.

Note: Some organizations may offer both standard visits and CSFP visits. Be sure to select the CSFP-specific option if your visit pertains to that program.

3. Record the CSFP Visit

Click the "New CSFP Visit" button to begin entering visit details:

  • Visit Date: Confirm the date of the visit.

  • Site/Subsite: Make sure the correct site is selected.

  • CSFP Box: If your organization uses the inventory feature, select the appropriate CSFP box.

  • Signature: If a signature is required upon pickup, the system will prompt for it at this step.

4. Save the Visit

Once all information is entered:

  • Click Save and Exit.

  • The visit will now appear in the client’s record under the selected date.
