Dynamic Report: Basic Aggregate Counts
This dynamic report gives a simple count of unique, total, and first-time households & household members by location. This is an optional report that can be added to your account upon request.
How to Access:
Reporting > Dynamic Reports > Basic Aggregate Counts
If you do not see this report in the drop-down list of Dynamic Reports, it will need to be added to your account. Please contact support@pantrysoft.com to request this report.
Pre Filters:
Pre-filters are the parameters you select before running a report. This report has the following pre-filters:
Start Date: The start of your reporting period
End Date: The end of your reporting period
Visit Type: A dynamic, multi-select list showing active options in your "Visit Type" picklist
Consider Inactive Visit Types: If you want to include in the report any visits associated with an inactive visit type, check this box
Visit Location: A dynamic, multi-select list showing all locations
Seasonal First Date (Optional): By default, this field will not impact the results of your report. This is an optional field to be filled out only if the corresponding "Reporting Preference" account setting (see note below) is set to "First Seasonal" or "First Seasonal and Coincident with Client Creation". If either of those options are selected, a visit only counts as a 'first visit' if it happens on or after the date selected.
Use Current Client Members: By default, household members will be counted present for a visit if they were part of the client's household at the time of the visit. If you'd rather count the members that are currently part of a client's household as being present on past visits, check this box.
Check your Visit Settings > Reporting Preferences settings to confirm how your account's visit data is being reported. This report refers to those account-wide settings to determine how to define member tenure and first visits.
