How to Update CSFP Participant Information

To update any application information for a CSFP (Commodity Supplemental Food Program) participant, follow these steps:

Accessing the Client Profile

  1. Open the participant's profile.

  2. On their record, locate the section that needs updating.

Updating the Address

  • At the top of the screen, click the Edit Address button next to the participant’s current address.

Updating the Location or Assigned Site

  • Click the Edit button next to the location or site field to make necessary changes.

Updating Application-Specific Information

For details such as demographics, race, or ethnicity:

  1. Navigate to the Household Member section.

  2. Find the participant’s name and click Edit Household Member.

  3. Update relevant information, including:

    • Phone number

    • Email address

    • Other demographic details
