Proxies (Household/Client Proxies)

This article will take you through the Proxy creation, edit, and delete processes.

Definition

In PantrySoft, a Proxy is a person not typically included in household member reports who are authorized to receive goods on behalf of the household. 

Perform the following steps to create a new user and choose its role(s):

1. Create a New Proxy
   Click New Proxy to record a proxy for the household. Enter first and last name, optionally enter any additional information.
   
   
2. Save the Proxy
   Click Save and Exit.

Editing and Deleting Proxies.

To edit or delete a proxy, click the pencil icon next to their name on the Staff Dashboard.
