Group Bulk Breaker
Organizations using Inventory Groups can now break Groups in bulk in Inventory Management.
How to access:
Inventory > Inventory Management
Details: To distribute the individual Items within a received Group, use the Group Breaker action. This will 'break' an Item Group into the individual items that make up the group.
In Inventory Management, under the Transaction Type, select Group Breaker. From there, you can select Individual Group or Bulk Breakdown under Group Breaker Method.
This will show all Groups that can be broken, and allow you to break Groups in Bulk.
Notes:
If a Group is not available to breakdown, the Groups to Break column will be gray and you can not break the Group.
Visit Ticket Font Size
A new setting has been added to allow Organizations to make changes to the font size in pixels on Visit Tickets.
How to access:
Setup > Visit Settings > Visit Ticket Font Size (Px)
Details: Font size affects generic content on Visit Ticket, headings scale proportionally with this value. Header, footer and non-text content are not affected.
Notes:
Changes made with this setting will not impact custom Visit Tickets.
Inventory Packing (formerly Inventory Fulfillment Report)
Inventory Fulfillment Report has been renamed and relocated! There is no functional change to this Report.
How to access:
Pantry > Inventory Packing
Save and Fulfill button on Visit
A new setting has been added to turn on a "Save and Fulfill" button on the Visit Record that would allow Users to mark a Visit record as "fulfilled" when they're done updating a Visit Record at checkout when they save it.
This removes the need to Save the Visit, then search it back up on the Visit Management screen in order to mark it as fulfilled to remove it from the list.
How to access:
Users must be assigned Visit Management Role under User Management
User Management > Open User > Additional Role >Visit Management
Set Up > Visit Settings > Show Save and Fulfil Button
Details: Once User Role and Setting have been enabled, Users can Save and Fulfill from a Visit.
