Release Notes January 31st, 2024

Setting to only allow portal user accounts to be created with an email address at the specified domain.
Setting toggle added to show a client's phone number on the visit ticket.
Setting toggle added to search for the client by Date of Birth.
New features to dynamic reporting include categories, active/inactive flagging, and sort order.
Locations can be flagged as active or inactive.
Checks on location usage added.
