Release Notes January 22nd, 2026
The following updates have been made to the PantrySoft System to give users more flexibility and control over Client Portal Settings and Log In, as well as enhanced Accessibility.
New Features
Settings to Customize Labels on Client Portal
New settings have been added to give users the option to customize labels in Storefront to accommodate for alternative workflows.
Details:
- This update expands how organizations can use the “Shop Now” feature by allowing it to bypass the scheduling screen when scheduling is not required. This flexibility supports a wider range of workflows while preserving existing scheduling options.
Organizations may continue to use the scheduling screen for self-scheduled appointments, such as classes, appointments, or time-based services. In these cases, templates can be configured to stop after scheduling. - For ongoing, rolling, or non–time-specific services, such as online applications, intake forms, emergency requests, or other continuous programs, the “Shop Now” button can be used to move clients directly into the workflow. The button label can be customized to reflect the appropriate action (for example, Apply Now, Request Assistance, or Get Started).
