### Release Notes

Don't allow tinyURLs in SMS

Auto increment for new item number appears as lengthy decimal place

Dynamic reports appended filters to the file name of exports, making them too long.

Staff Signature field needs to be added to Discontinue and Disqualify events.

Proxy form requires site personnel (user) signature.
