Bugfixes
- Fixed inventory transfer screen location filtering; now it allows only trash movements with the User's own location if that User doesn't have the (multi) Location additional role.
- Fixed registration settings conflict between household member count and household member detailed income.
- 'Stop after registration' config now redirects to order summary instead of appointment summary.

Stopped storefront Schedule screen from showing the default visit type when no schedule template for that location was assigned a default visit type. (This was causing active templates to appear with an incorrect visit type.)

Added additional space to dashboard navbar when viewing on mobile. (Prior, it was nearly or totally invisible on mobile screens )
