Date of Birth Column on Duplication Report
A new date of birth column has been added to Duplication Report to help Users determine duplicate accounts.
How to access:
Reporting > Duplication Report
Notes:
If Age is enabled rather than Date of Birth, Age will display in this column.
Add Ticket Number to Confirmation Messages
A new setting has been added to give Users the option to add Ticket Number to confirmation messages received by text, email and on the Client Portal.
How to access:
Setup > Visit Settings > Enable Ticket Number
Details:
- When this setting is set to Yes, Clients will now see their Ticket number in any confirmation messages.
