Enhancements & Improvements
Security: More accurate visitor IP detection
We tightened how the application identifies the IP address each visitor connects from. Previously, a visitor could in some cases make the application see a different address than their real one. This weakened features that rely on IP addresses: office/VPN-only staff sign-in, organization IP restrictions, failed-login lockouts, and login audit logs. A valid password was still required to access any account. We found no evidence this issue was used. No action is needed; the fix applies to all organizations.
