Add Item Tags to Visit Tickets
Organizations using Item Tags can now have the option to show Item Tags on Visit Tickets.
How to access:
Settings > Visit Settings > Item Tag Display on Ticket
Details:
- None - Does not display Item Tags on Visits Tickets
- Name - Displays the name of the Item Tag on Visit Tickets
- Acronym - Displays the acronym of the Item Tag on Visit Tickets
Notes:
Changes made with this setting will not impact custom Visit Tickets.
API Enhancements & Improvements
The following feature are only applicable to organizations utilizing PantrySoft's API.
Paid Feature: Access to PantrySoft's API is an additional feature set. Please contact support@pantrysoft.com if you'd like to use this feature set and don't yet have it activated in your installation.
Location restrictions are enforced consistently across the API
What's new: We tightened how the API protects client information at restricted locations. If a user can't access a client's location in the app, they now also can't view or change that client's information through the API. This applies to:
- Client notes
- Household members
- Appointments
- Visits
- Registrations
- Credits
Requests for restricted data return a "not found" error. Lists of users also exclude staff at locations the user can't access.
How to enable: No setup needed.
