Admin Dashboard Interface

The dashboard of a client from an administrative perspective. At the top, you will find the primary household member's name along with their username and password details. If necessary, you can edit this information or send them an email to reset their credentials.

Moving down the page you will see the email address provided during registration, the phone number, and the account number. The account number section also allows you to assign a barcode for easy identification.

There are exclusive item tags that indicate whether the household member is permitted to receive baby items or any other items based on your organization's policies. (this is optional)

The client then displays the date of entry, whether self-entered, mass upload of client data or portal add. Additionally, you can view their address, county, and even locate it on Google Maps for reference with a map icon. To make any changes to the above details, you can utilize the corresponding edit options. The activity section provides insights into their latest registration, visit type, and allows filtering by categories such as in-person visits, shopping appointments, or registrations.

Further down you are given more optional add ons such as you can manage documents, view or upload them, access credit balance settings, override, and adjust tiers as needed. The notes section enables you to create alerts, make notes restricting access to privileged users only, and apply snippets for quick reference notes.

You can designate proxy members who can act on behalf of the primary household member and pick up items. You can rename this section to things such as Emergency Contact, Referral or naming of choice.

In the Household Members box, the top person listed is always the primary contact on the household. The ones following are the people in the household with them. You can edit using the pencil icon located by the name. Detailed information about each household member can be added and edited.
