PantrySoft includes features for the basics, like tracking how many volunteer shifts and hours have taken place over a date range. If you need more robust features like volunteer schedules and a signup portal, we have partnered with Signup.com.
- To access PantrySoft's Signup.com portal, click Setup->Volunteer Scheduling.
- Click the Orange Get Started button.
- Create your free account or click the small "Already registered" link if you have already made your account.
- Follow the steps to create your "Signup".
- When you preview your signup, you will see the custom link at the top of the page.
- Copy the custom link to your clipboard.
- Back in PantrySoft, add the link to your settings by clicking your account name on the top right, then Account Settings.
- Click Edit Settings
- Paste the URL into the field "Volunteer URL on Signup.com:"
- Your PantrySoft users can now access the Signup right from the PantrySoft menu.
- This will take them straight to the Signup page. No log in necessary.
- You can also share the link through email, your web site, or any other way you reach your volunteers.
